a bit more open part 2

when i started blogging, privacy was paramount. i did it to share personal thoughts with a select group of friends and the faceless passerby. over time though, i've realized the value of sharing more of myself with many of my online contacts, both those in Relevant and elsewhere. because i want to do that and would rather not comb the past for things sensitive to my family, my church in Texas, a conservative church in PA, California friends, friends who have a dim view of most things Christian and "emerging church" friends i'll be transfering most of my writing to a new blog sometime in the few days probably.

this will mean that i'll adjust my writing style and content some but i have a core few regular readers as it is and i speak to most of you in im, Relevent or in person already. i'm hoping that this will bring my worlds together a bit, helping my church friends see what God is doing here and encouraging my friends who aren't Christ-followers to consider a faith that is unlike the judgemental stereotypes they've come to hold on to.
